Description
A special item to enhance the Gene Coherence Injection and unlock its advanced capabilities. In combat, automatically select a random enemy within 20 meters every 10s, generating a lightning strike beneath them after a 3s delay, dealing damage equal to 4,000% Psi Intensity.
